HG Bishop Ermia heads “Crown them with glory” course graduation ceremony at the center

The Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center organized a graduation ceremony On Friday evening, December 15, 2017,  and handed over  the certificates of “Crown them with glory” course held for those who are getting married.

The ceremony was headed by HG Bishop Ermia, General Bishop and head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center and His Grace delivered a speech on “How to match our thought with the thought of Christ” in which he expressed the importance of such courses in building a strong Christian family and house.

His Grace stressed on the importance of the existence of Jesus Christ within the life of each couple to improve their lives and overcome problems, and stressed on the need for daily prayer and reading the Bible as well as receiving communities.

And then a short film of the course graduates was played, and then His Grace Bishop Ermia handed them the graduation certificates and honored the lecturers of the course and thanked them.

It is worth noting that the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center has offered the family counseling course “Crown them with glory” for those who are getting married which was lectured by a selected group of speakers from priests, university professors and clergy according to the decision of the Holy Synod, that the bride and groom must submit a certificate stating that they have received family counseling with the other documents necessary to complete the marriage contract.
