On Monday, November 7, 2016, the General Authority of the Egyptian National Library and Archives, headed by Dr. Mahmoud El-Dabe, in cooperation with the Egyptian General Book Authority, headed by Prof. Dr. Haitham al-Haj Ali, and under the auspices of columnist Hilmi El-Namnam Minister of Culture, held a judicial cultural festivity in the seminars hall in the National Library building, Ramlet Bolaq Nile Corniche.
The ceremony was to mark the release of “30 years journey, of law from a biography of an Egyptian judge” book of judge Dr. Khalid ElKadi, published by the Egyptian National Library and Archives in appreciation for «the role of the lofty Egyptian judiciary in laying the foundations of truth, justice and law throughout our beloved Egypt, and in the framework of the close relationship between law and culture ».
