Many think that the more acts are bigger the greater their effect is. However, in real life, this is not the case. Many small actions had come with powerful effect and changed people’s fates. They say, “A coconut shell full of water is a sea to an ant”. Greatness is measured by the impact that was made not by how big the event is. You may consider a specific matter to be trivial; however someone else may consider it critical and a reason of their happiness or misery.
History proves that. For instance the apple’s fall lead to the discovery of theory of attraction. A simple act of love like a smile, an honest word of encouragement may change one’s life and motivate him to achieve success. Thus, it is said” In this life, if we can’t do great things, we can do simple acts with great love” This one’s mission in life, to do what he can with great love hence miracles will happen
Someone says, “Some think that power is the only way to face evil; however I discovered that the daily small acts are those that keep darkness at distance, the small acts of love and kindness”. One recalls the story of the young boy who decided to commit a suicide due to his despair, yet a loving smile by his neighboring child made him change his mind. Your small gentle acts, even if it is a smile, are acts of love and a gift you give to someone else. We can’t turn a blind eye to many great people in history who grant their love to others for free and that made them memorable to others. When one reflects on his life, he would not remember much those whom he shook hands with, however he would never forget those who led him a hand when he stumbled and helped him to stand again. Someone said, “A hand that gets you up when you stumble is better than 1000 hands to shake when you reach your destiny”
If you want to make a good impact on people’s life, you don’t need to do great achievement or exert great efforts; all you need is a simple act that touches theirhearts. Your listening to a troubled person in a critical moment of his life may change it forever.
Mother Teresa who owned people hearts by hear pure unconditional love says, ” Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat.”
One who performs simple, yet great deeds is a compassionate person not only toward humans, but also animals. That person would help people without their request. He is used to passing by people helping them and that turns to be his life mission. Don’t wait to do great things rather offer what you own and in this way your acts of love would be the greatest
