On Life 27 – A New Door – May, 23, 2014

   No life is ever void of depression. Along the way of life, we pass by some situations or people who may cause us to have negative feelings, you shall not stop at them for a long time, but rather try to direct your sight towards all what is positive in life and in your journey until you manage to survive the situations peacefully and quietly. It is said: “When people talk much about you; whether praising or reviling you, be sure that you have occupied others to the extent that they care about you, leaving their own issues behind. Keep up working and achieving success, and leave talking for them”. Dear, do not stop for long at all what is said to you, or about you, but rather you shall work, seek your purpose and do good for everyone, keeping consent and love feelings for everyone. One day, they will understand.

   When you sow good, people will join you in working and constructing without talking much, and whenever you are struck by depressing situations, stop a little, wear a smile and tell yourself: “there is another test for you in order to achieve a new success in life” Hence, you shall always work on turning such depressing situations, by which you stumble in life, into renewable motives to achieve new victories and to attain more growth throughout your journey towards the peak. This starts with looking to all what surrounds you through a positive look, which is able to push you forward and encourage you. Encouragement and having a positive look do help in raising our abilities to go on through life path.

   I read a story about a father who took his son to spend a night in a poor family’s house, in order for the child to realize the value of his possessed money. During their return, the father asked his son about that night which they spent together in a poor house, the child answered: it was a wonderful experience, dad! I saw that we own one dog, while they own four. We have a nice swimming pool, while they have the whole river, we have a big garden, yet they have the entire forest.

   The father listened unbelievingly to the child’s words! The boy finally thanked his father for showing him how poor they are! The child evaluated things through his simple look, in a manner that the grownups lack. Yet, time is fruitful to learn looking positively at everything in our life. Evaluate what you possess in a constructive proper way, look positively at what you own; as he who maintains positive thinking owns much in this life. If the door is closed, trust that there is another open door that you need to see.

And on life we keep sailing
