In the previous article we tackled the issue of balance and stability. Stability is the outcome of fulfilling the basic needs in a balanced way keeping soul, self and body in balance to lessen inner conflicts. We commenced explaining the importance of maintaining balance between a person’s multiple roles for instance he has a job and a family to take care of or he is one of its member so he has duties toward it in addition to his personal, social, spiritual and professional ambitions and aspirations that he wants to achieve. Moreover, a person should not forget that he is a member of a big society that he should aim to its greater good. All the roles should be played in balance. We should know how to separate between work and private life and don’t let any of them to prevail over the other. As a result, a person’s relationship with God, himself and others will be in balance.
Man should also notice that he must balance between all his goals and try not to give much attention and effort to one goal at the expense of others or he will discover that he spent most of his life for the sake of one goal and failed at the other sides of his life. Keeping balance between all the goals requires balanced organization of time and the various methods of achieving them. Always remember that” Finding one important thing in your life doesn’t mean you have to give up all”. Should you keep your goals in balance, you are supposed to keep carrying on your duties with balance. Don’t wrong others or neglect a side of your life at the expense of other sides. You may give more care to a goal at the expense of others but only for some time; though keep balance as a main rule of your life.
