As part of her visit to Canada, and under the blessings of His Grace Bishop Mina, the Egyptian MInister of Immigation, the Honourable Nabila Makram, visited the Church of Virgin Mary in Mississauga and was welcomed by the clergy and the congregation alike. The minister recognized Coptic patriotism towards Egypt and their support to their native land during tough times. She also answered questions of the congregation. Also present were Mr. Motaz Zahran, Egyptian Ambassador in Canada, Ms. Amal Salama, Consul General in Montreal, and representatives from Egyptian banks.
