Bishop Ermia and the Egyptian Family House Delegation Visit the Governor of Cairo to Congratulate Him on Eid al-Fitr

Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, received a delegation from the Egyptian Family House at his office in the Governorate Headquarters to offer congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The delegation included: Prof. Dr. Mustafa Abdel Ghani, Secretary General of the Egyptian Family House and Vice President of Al-Azhar University, His Grace Bishop Ermia, General Bishop and Head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, and Assistant Secretary General of the Egyptian Family House, who is one of the most prominent leadership figures in the house and a leading figure in promoting values of coexistence and understanding among all segments of Egyptian society. Also present were Father Ermia Makram, Assistant Secretary of the Youth Committee, Father Moussa Tamer, Member of the Religious Committee, Major General Sami Lotfi, Member of the Follow-up Committee, Deacon Gawzman, Father Hermina (Secretary), Mr. Raafat Adeb, Assistant Secretary of the Monitoring Committee, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ramadan Sofy, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Al-Azhar University and Member of the External Relations Committee.

During the meeting, Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, praised the significant role played by the Egyptian Family House in promoting the values of peaceful coexistence, correcting misconceptions, and combating negative societal habits. He also emphasized the importance of the seminars and community activities organized by the Egyptian Family House, which play an active role in combating destructive ideas and spreading love among all segments of society.
