I am profoundly pleased with the tangible achievements our beloved homeland, Egypt, has attained in strengthening its military and security capabilities under the wise leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (may God protect him).

On the occasion of the inauguration of the Egyptian State’s New Strategic Command Headquarters, “The Octagon,” I extend my warmest congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the valiant men and women of the Armed Forces, and the noble people of Egypt on this remarkable national landmark. This monumental achievement reflects Egypt’s enduring role as a force for peace and stability while enhancing its capacity to confront regional and international challenges.

Strong nations are built upon knowledge, hard work, and dedication. Safeguarding their security and stability can only be achieved through diligence, perseverance, and sincere commitment.

The inauguration of “The Octagon”—the State’s Strategic Command Headquarters—on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in the New Administrative Capital reflects the Egyptian state’s commitment to modernizing its institutions in accordance with the latest advanced technological systems. This achievement further strengthens Egypt’s standing both regionally and internationally while safeguarding its national resources and capabilities. Building a strong and prudent national defense remains one of the fundamental pillars for preserving peace and stability.

May God protect Egypt—its leadership, Armed Forces, and people—shield it from all harm and adversity, preserve for it the blessings of security and peace, and continue to guide its leaders and citizens toward all that is good and prosperous.
